Dinner

I made an interesting pizza the other day. How could I have made this healthier.

Dinner

Crust
Homemade with half whole wheat and half white flour
Sauce
Miracle whip mixed with a tablespoon of powdered ranch dressing salad dressing mix.
Toppings
Pieces of boiled chicken with a bit of basil added.
Three colors of bell peppers. (Red, Green, Yellow)
Colby-Jack Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
A sprinkling of Parmesean Cheese
Other
Crust was flattened on cookie sheet with corn meal underneath so that it would come off the
cookie sheet.
